Doggie daycare is a great, safe way for your pets to socialize, expend their energy, and most of all, have so much fun. Spending the day with other dogs in a safe, supervised environment can help relieve separation anxiety and improve your dog’s overall attitude. The best part: At the end of the day, a happy, relaxed, and worn-out dog makes evenings great for everyone.
Since 2002, Tails of the City has strived to create a fun, laid-back doggie daycare in Seattle’s Georgetown neighborhood. Our mission, first and foremost, is to keep your dogs happy and safe. We’re one of the only dog daycares in Seattle with indoor and covered outdoor space. (Plus on-site parking, which makes pick-up and drop-off super easy.) With more than 4,000 square feet, there’s so much room to roam. And our team of handlers cares deeply about your dog’s safety and health. Whether your pup wants to party all day with his pack in the kiddie pool, or simply lounge on our comfy leather couch and watch the action, we’ve got you.
With a new owner in 2018–Karyn Johnson, a Seattle resident, dog lover, and the longtime owner of Capitol Hill’s Moochy Poochy dog-walking company–Tails of the City will continue to be the best place for your dog’s daytime activities. We’ve got big plans to add grooming services, boarding, and other fun community-building opportunities for you and your pet. As Tails of the City evolves, one thing will never change: your dog will always come first.
